The Augusta Regional Free Clinic has been named the Community Organization of the Year by the Greater Augusta Chamber of Commerce.
The award was presented to Margaret Hersh, Executive Director, at the Chamber's Spring meeting. The Augusta Regional Free Clinic was chosen because it is an essential part of the health safety net in our community, providing health care services for the uninsured in Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta County.
Serving Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta County since 1999, The Greater Augusta Regional Chamber is e a non-profit 501(c) 6 membership organization utilizing the membership investment to support business advocacy, community development, education, transportation, tourism and agriculture.
